About this location

My Fitzrovia therapy room is set back from the bustle of Charlotte Street and Goodge Place, in a quiet building that prioritises privacy. It's a natural choice for clients working in the West End, Soho or the universities and hospitals nearby who want a confidential space within easy reach.

I offer Integrative Therapy in Fitzrovia for clients who want to understand the relationship patterns they keep falling into and the deeper feelings underneath them. I work relationally rather than by direction, with the aim of feeling genuinely heard, not coached. It is for those who want to understand recurring patterns, repair after rupture in relationships, or simply learn to communicate with more honesty and care. The work is collaborative; the aim is not to assign blame but to help both people feel met and understood.

In sessions, we can cover the full range of areas I work with - anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, identity, trauma, or indeed the everyday questions about how to live well.

The practice is intentionally small; as with my Knightsbridge practice, the address is shared on booking confirmation rather than published. This is part of how I look after both your privacy and the calm of the space itself.
